Whether you’re looking for a low-key U-pick outing or a full-on harvest festival, here’s your guide to the most dog-friendly pumpkin patches near Portland.
Bella Organic Farm (NW Portland)
- Hours: Sept 6 – Oct 31, daily, 9am–5pm
- Price: Free entry to the pumpkin patch (pay per pumpkin). Corn Maze $10–$14, depending on the day.
- Dog Policy: Dogs allowed on leash in the pumpkin patch and regular corn maze. Not allowed in the Haunted Maze.
👉 Pro tip: Sauvie Island can get busy on sunny October weekends — plan for an early start.
Plumper Pumpkin Patch & Tree Farm (NW Portland Hills)
- Hours: Sept 13 – Oct 31, Wed–Sun, 9am–5:30pm
- Price: General admission $16 online / $18 at the gate
- Dog Policy: Leashed, well-behaved dogs welcome.
Yesteryear Farm (Wilsonville, South of Portland)
- Hours: Thur & Sun 9:30am–7pm, Fri & Sat 9:30am–8:30pm
- Price: Free admission; pumpkins priced by size
- Dog Rules: Well-behaved, leashed dogs are always welcome. Just be sure to clean up after them!
Liepold Farms (Boring, East of Portland)
- Hours: Sept 27 – Oct 31, daily 9am–5pm
- Price (2024): ~$15 kids, ~$20 adults (entry + activities), pumpkins sold separately
- Dog Policy: Dogs allowed on leash throughout the farm.
👉 A little further out east, Liepold is worth the drive. Please note that it’s recommended to arrive by 3 pm for the full experience.
Bauman’s Harvest Festival (Gervais, South of Portland)
- Hours: Sept 20 – Oct 30, Tues–Sun 9am–5pm, ticket sales close at 4pm
- Price: $20 adults weekdays / $30 weekends. Seniors $15 weekdays / $20 weekends. Kids 2 & under free.
- Dog Policy: Leashed, well-behaved dogs allowed. Not permitted inside grocery store, bakery, or coffee shop.
Mt. View Orchards (Mt. Hood, East of Portland)
- Hours: Daily 12pm–6pm
- Price: Free admission for U-Pick (pumpkins sold by the pound).
- Dog Policy: Dogs welcome on leash; must avoid orchard areas with livestock.
