Yes, we can administer medicine including oral pills, liquids, topicals, and injections (like insulin) at no fees. Be sure to include the specific medicine information when creating your online pet profile.
Yes, we provide attentive care for dogs with special needs, seniors, puppies, or those with physical or mental disabilities. Our staff is trained & certified in pet first aid/CPR to ensure the utmost safety and well-being of your furry companions.
Although we may not specialize in dog training, we are committed to adhering to any training protocols or commands you employ with your pet. Kindly provide this information in your dog’s pet profile and discuss it during the meet & greet to ensure our team maintains consistency in their care.
Yes, we offer 50 minute and 75 minute visits or walks. We also offer basic household care i.e. watering plants.
You can pay with credit or debit card through our secure online payment system software. Cards on file will be auto-charged every Monday morning for the previous week’s services. We may also accept ACH payments.
Clients will receive a full refund if they cancel more than 24 hours before beginning of visit timeblock. If less than 24 hours, then they will receive no refund.
PetSitter Portland reserves the right to cancel or adjust accordingly all pet care services due to severe weather that would otherwise result in likely loss, damages, and health risk. Including temperatures below 30 degrees or above 90 degrees.
$28 per half hour and $38 per hour visit/walk. Also, longer services available at $48 per 75-minute visit/walk. Plus each additional pet is $5 for all services. Note that other surcharges or fees may apply.
$10 holiday rate will apply per service that occur on holidays including the day before/after holiday. Additionally, $1.50 fee due to car parking or fuel may apply. $10 priority surcharge per service request or change less than 72 hours ahead.
