We provide attentive care for dogs with special needs, seniors, puppies, or those with physical or mental disabilities. Our staff is trained and certified in pet CPR to ensure the utmost safety and well-being of your furry companions.
Although we may not specialize in dog training, we are committed to adhering to any training protocols or commands you employ with your pet. Kindly provide this information in your dog’s profile and discuss it during the meet-and-greet to ensure our team maintains consistency in their care.
Yes, 50-minute visits and longer visits can be scheduled consecutively.
You can pay with credit or debit card through our secure online payment system and software. Cards on file will be auto-billed every Monday morning for the previous week’s visits.
You will receive a refund with more than 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be provided.
If it’s below 33 degrees or above 99 degrees, our visits will be adjusted accordingly for the safety of the pet(s) and team. Severe weather will also be considered with visit adjustments, regardless of temperature.
